CANCELLATIONS
We do require notification of at least 24-hours should you need to make any changes to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% late cancellation fee or a fee of 100% if same day cancellation or no show.
RUNNING LATE
If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, we generally allow a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than 15 minutes may mean forgoing parts of the service in order to keep within the allotted time, or rescheduling to a different time/day, which will result in a cancellation fee.
CASH ONLY GRATUITY
Tips are accepted in cash only. We are not able to process gratuity through our credit card terminal. There is an ATM located across the street. This is greatly appreciated from your provider & the salon as a small business.
REWORK
We stand behind our work 100%. If you happen to be unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you contact us immediately. Adjustments will be honored as long as we are contacted within 5 days from your original service. We also request that you refrain from trying to resolve it yourself or elsewhere, as we will not be able to perform the complimentary rework if so.
